Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Village Celebration 

Monday 4th June from 11am 

 

 

11:00                     Event opened by QPD marching band starting at Temple Walk, Welton (QPD - Quality Personal Development), The Forces Preparation Academy focussing on young people. 

11:00 - onwards      Pimms Tent at Welton Memorial Club 

11:20 – 12:00          Music from Grace Trio 

11:30  - onwards     Horse & Cart rides around the village 

12:00 – onwards     Hog Roast by Hull Wyke Round Table 

12:00 – onwards     BBQ at The Green Dragon 

12:15 – 12:45          Singing from St Helen’s church choir 

1:00 – 1:40             Music from Grace Trio 

1:00 – 4:00             Face painting at The Green Dragon 

2:00 – 2:30             Singing from St Helen’s church choir 

2:50 – 3:30             Music from Grace Trio 

4.00                        Grand raffle draw at The Green Dragon

 

Parking is available at St Anne’s School.  Disabled parking is available behind Welton Memorial Club.  There is no parking along Cowgate during the day. 

Please bring your own picnic chairs and blankets.

 

Welton Memorial Club open to all (including non-members) from 11:00am, serving a range of soft & alcoholic drinks. Green Dragon open from 11:00am, serving food and drink all day.

bullet Art work by children of Welton Primary School displayed in the Memorial Hall.
